Paul is a highly realistic patient simulator designed to simulate a baby born preterm in the 27th week of gestation. This simulator aims to enhance skills and confidence of healthcare professionals in managing care for preterm babies in all possible areas of specialization.

Paul is operated via its Graphical User Interface (GUI) that centralizes control of the simulator, patient-monitor views, scenario design, and debriefing. For more information on this, refer to the Graphical User Interface section.
